This notice explains the information used by EZE.global for discovery, My EZE accounts, support and site operations. Updated 23 September 2026.

An account stores your name, email address, password hash, verification state and security settings. Optional profile information, favorites, collections and notification preferences are stored when you use them. Contact inquiries store your name, email, subject, message and inquiry type for team review. Do not include passwords or payment information in an inquiry.

Site measurements record page or service paths, event times and search result activity. Search wording is excluded unless you choose to share it. With analytics allowed, a daily pseudonymous token helps measure visits within your browser session. These analytics tables do not store your IP address or email. Hosting and security logs may separately contain request information.

Open Analytics privacy preference to allow or decline optional measurements for your browser session. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are also respected. Signing in and essential security controls continue to work when analytics is declined.

Information supports sign-in, email verification, password recovery, your saved workspace, inquiry handling, service discovery and protection against misuse. Authorized team members can review inquiries and administrative activity. Hosting and email services process information needed to operate those functions.

Search and discovery measurement records are pruned after 30 days. Optional personal visit history is pruned after 30 days and sign-in history after 90 days. You can manage saved items and preferences in My EZE. Account records, inquiries, audit records, server logs and backups have separate operational retention; contact the team to request access, correction or deletion and discuss any records that must be retained.

Following an official website link takes you to another platform with its own privacy notice and account controls. This directory does not promise shared sign-in or automatically transfer your EZE.global profile to those sites.
